KATA PENGANTAR

Puja dan puji syukur selalu tercurahkan kepada Allah SWT; Sang Maha Kuasa dan Maha Sempurna. Atas segala nikmat dan kemudahan-Nya yang telah diberikan kepada kita, sehingga kita mampu membuat sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan yang kita cintai ini. Hanya dengan ijin-Nya pula karya tulis yang berjudul “Analisa Teori Kepribadian Albert Bandura” Self Efficacy Prof.4dr. Ken Kawan Soetanto: The Samurai Spirit dapat berada di tangan kita.

Karya tulis ini tidak semata-mata hasil 100% karya murni tulisan penulis. Di dalam proses perjalanan penulisan karya tulis ini, banyak orang-orang yang sangat berjasa dalam pembuatan karya tulis ini, diantaranya:

1. Ibu Titie, Selaku dosen Psikologi Kepribadian Ii yang telah memberi kesempatan emas untuk mengembangkan potensi yang penulis miliki dengan memberi tugas karya tulis ini sekaligus membimbing penulis dari mulai pembuatan judul hingga finishing karya tulis ini.

2. Para Sahabat psikologi angkatan 2009 yang selalu mendukung dan membantu pembuatan karya tulis ini, mulai dari diskusi hingga kritik dan saran agar penulisan ini lebih ‘nikmat’ dibaca. Thanks to Bandega, Dani, Evan, Fadil, Radit, Tabah, Elis, Tami and especially Shintia Pramita Dewi who is always beside me and supports me.

3. Prof. Ken, yang telah menginspirasi saya untuk menulis karya tulis ini. 3 hari pertemuan yang sangat menginspirasi dan memotivasi. Semoga impian kita terhadap bangsa ini dapat terwujud.

Karya tulis ini tidak dibuat semata-mata untuk tugas akhir Psikologi Kepribadian II, namun merupakan tanggung jawab moral penulis terhadap partisipasi dalam mengungkapkan ide untuk pendidikan negara Indonesia. Saran dan kritik yang membengun selalu penulis nantikan untuk kesempurnaan karya tulis ini. Semoga karya tulis ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kita semua.

SELF ACTUALIZATION CONCEPT FOR ADOLESCENTS

Abstract

Self actualization is a need for everyone. Especially for adolescents who will take actions on the next life span development. It is important to have a great concept of self actualization in organization and education. I found that every adolescent has a unique concept for their actualization; it doesn’t depend on age, gender or education level. By the characteristic the adolescents in the past, now and future of self actualization, I found that for actualizing ourselves it doesn’t depend on previous needs as like Maslow’s Hierarchy needs. We have domain effect for the actualization. Sample was taken from activities in the organization and education activities in the universities and high schools. By determination and finding the right definition to make a right concept of self actualization for adolescents, people will get many advantages in order to achieve their goals. The right concept might be generalized for adolescents and then indigenous psychology will explain the differentiation. By this concept, I do hope the adolescents will understand their self actualization concept and can be able to practice their concept to actualize their concept in their activities.
